CNRI's Repository Software, provides a long term persistent storage mechanism for digital objects of all kinds, and provides other information services. It has a uniform interface to facilitate digital object interactions from clients and amongst multiple repositories, thus enabling the interoperability of repositories over the Internet.
The CNRI Repository Software also provides distributed digital object services via an open architecture in the network environment.
Software
- View license and download the Repository Server (Java Version
1.0 alpha). This distribution includes the server
in both Java source and binary formats. Also included are documentation
and complete installation instructions.
- View license and download the Repository Client Software.
Included are Java binaries for depositing, accessing, and creating digital
objects, as well as full documentation.
