[Handle-globus] possible bug in GT4/Axis deserialization?

There appears to be a bug in either GT4 or Apache Axis in handling the 
deserialization of SOAP messages.  I've reported it to 
http://bugzilla.globus.org/globus/show_bug.cgi?id=3597 with a small test 
case demonstrating the problem.

This bug affects the Handle-Globus project because to implement the 
Handle Server as a Grid service, we should be able to pass in (for 
instance) arbitrary AuthenticationInfo types as parameters to any 
privileged operation.  It's not necessarily a blocker, but workarounds 
would be a little messier than if we could simply define 
AuthenticationInfo as an abstract type, along with its derived types, in 
the WSDL.
